Job Description:

• Ensuring the budget achievement of the own unit while maintaining standards and quality policy through market analysis, market development, data maintenance, and living the Randstad values
• Support in achieving qualitative goals regarding Talent Forward
• Matching supply and demand in the market for permanent positions and temporary business and providing a consulting service for clients, flexworkers, and applicants in specific sectors of the local labor market
• Acting as Deputy Branch Manager with decision-making authority
• Onboarding and supervising the consultants in the respective branch
• Deployment and vacation planning for employees
• Collaboration on marketing activities
• Implementation of customer orientation (Talent & Client) as well as sales standards in the branch
