Lead SAP BI Engineer

GECO Asia is Hiring: Lead SAP BI Engineer (SAP BO | SAP BW/4HANA)

We’re looking for a Lead SAP BI Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our enterprise analytics and reporting platforms. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong SAP BI expertise with a passion for mentoring and driving operational excellence.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of reporting systems used across the business.

What you’ll do:

Technical Leadership

• Lead SAP BO and SAP BW/4HANA solutions across the team
• Guide engineers on best practices in reporting, data modeling, and operations
• Support mentoring, knowledge sharing, and design discussions

SAP BusinessObjects (BO)

• Develop and maintain Web Intelligence (WebI) reports
• Design and manage Universes (IDT)
• Troubleshoot performance, refresh, and scheduling issues
