About the Role

As a Salesforce Lead Developer, you will play a key role in our Digital Transformation unit, helping shape how Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support engage with customers. This is both a technical leadership and hands‑on development role, requiring you to balance development excellence with governance, scalability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Salesforce development team, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding standards, scalability, maintenance, and Salesforce governance.
• Own the technical execution of Salesforce solutions, from requirements analysis to deployment and support.
• Oversee the DevOps process, ensuring smooth deployments, minimizing conflicts, and reducing downtime.
