Dynatrace is seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer driven to deliver high-quality solutions to drive successful outcomes. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications that leverage Service Cloud capabilities. If you're an expert in Apex, Lightning Components, and integrations with external systems, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

+ Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications with a focus on Service Cloud.
+ Configure/build new and enhanced functionality in the Salesforce platform using declarative and/or programmatic solutions.
+ Customize/build Salesforce Service Cloud applications using custom objects, workflows, validations, and formulas while adhering to Salesforce best practices
+ Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Components, and Flows.
