Step into the role of Senior Sales Demand Planning Manager at Silver Hills, leading initiatives to refine sales forecasts and enhance organizational processes. Collaborate with diverse teams and drive planning excellence.
Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will lead efforts to develop and communicate accurate sales forecasts to improve customer service and operational efficiency. This role is integral to facilitating Sales Demand Review Meetings and ensuring that internal forecasting processes meet organizational KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish volume forecasts for products and customers
• Conduct monthly forecasting meetings and engage cross-functional teams
• Create impactful sales forecast reporting and analysis
• Guide Customer Service team in accurate order entries and updates
