Lead, Salary Loans Relationship Management

Job Purpose

• Solicits salary loan applications from accredited companies
• Manages the relationship with assigned accredited Salary Loans companies
• Responsible in achieving assigned KRAs pertaining to volume and quality of applications
• Reviews declined accounts and request for deviation / credit approval, if qualified under exception policies
• Responsible for the renewal of accredited companies for salary loans applications
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans or tactical incentives, as needed

Job Requirements

• College Graduate, preferably of a business-related course
• With at least 2 years work experience and with experience on various areas of Sales, Relationship Management, Program Management, Customer Service
• Experience in loans or any financial institution will be an added advantage
