Lead Residential HVAC Installer

**_Lead Residential HVAC Installer – Elkridge, MD_**

**Pay Range: $30 – $60 per hour**

We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Lead residential HVAC installations
+ Install/replace HVAC equipment
+ Install ductwork and accessories
+ Perform system start-up and testing
+ Maintain documentation
+ Train and mentor crew members
+ Ensure clean work environments
+ Communicate project status with customers

**Requirements:**

+ 5+ years as a Lead HVAC Installer
+ EPA Universal Certification
+ Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
+ Ability to pass background check
+ Ability to pass drug screen
