Key Responsibilities:

+ Is a lead and subject matter expert for the other Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, front desk staff, providers, and other ancillary members of the team.
+ Trains and helps the Practice Manager/Director onboard new staff members (as applicable).
+ Assists the Practice Manager/Director with workload management to ensure each Provider is effectively supported and able to operate at the top of their scope.
