We are seeking a talented and commercially astute Lead Managing Quantity Surveyor to support the leadership and delivery of post-contract cost management services within our UAE Cost Management team.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering professional post-contract cost consultancy services for a high-profile large-scale residential development in Dubai on behalf of a leading regional developer. The role requires strong leadership commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple project workstreams within a fast-paced delivery environment.
