Role Overview

We are looking for Quality Engineers with strong, hands-on expertise in IBM Sterling OMS to work on an already implemented system. This role is focused on regression testing and validation of existing business workflows, not greenfield development or pure functional testing. The candidate must be able to understand real-time business use cases, analyze system behavior, and independently derive test scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and validate existing business processes and workflows within IBM Sterling OMS

Perform regression testing aligned with current production use cases

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios
