Lead, QA Engineer

Role and responsibilities

• Review and analyze business and functional requirements to develop relevant and comprehensive automated test cases.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of QA methodologies, various testing types, and the overall software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of automated build systems, tools, and scripts to support continuous testing and delivery.
• Implement and continuously improve CI pipelines, ensuring seamless integration of automated testing and deployment processes.
• Perform QA activities including estimation, test planning and design, test execution, defect reporting, and results analysis specific to automation testing
• Lead and mentor QA team members, providing guidance on best practices, technical skills, and fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.
