Job Description

UPMC offers a $6, sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment.
Provide management and oversight of hospital-based Peripheral Vascular Department. Available for overtime and assistance in other areas as necessary. Provide leadership for other technologists and be a representative to the hospital and outside PV organizations.
This position will work dayshift with weekend, call and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities:
Work in conjunction with the Program director and Human Resources staff in the interviewing of staff candidates, personnel behavioral and disciplinary issues and in the evaluation of staff performance
Able to perform PV Tech I and II duties, will participate in exam completion as dictated by patient volumes.
Continuously conduct service analysis to identify, develop and implement key strategies which are designed to align the organization to better deliver services, respond to patient needs, manage resources, and achieve...
