Lead - Proposal Engineer

The Lead Proposal Engineer will be responsible for managing the complete tendering and estimation process for brownfield EPC and long-term maintenance projects. This includes handling client RFQs, preparing pre-qualifications, developing detailed technical and commercial proposals, and coordinating with internal departments, engineering consultants, and vendors. The role demands strong technical acumen, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of EPC project costing, estimation methodologies, and tender processes, along with proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project.
