About the role
:This position is for a seasoned professional in General Management, who works independently, leads small/medium programs, analyzes data, recommends resolutions for program problems, manages vendors, maintains progress reports, coordinates proposals, and participates in contract negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:Lead multi-site, multi-year AIoT managed services programs in collaboration with external clients and internal stakeholders.
Drive promoter-level NPS scores for assigned accounts, ensuring successful renewals and account growth.
Manage accounts through a structured governance framework, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with program sponsors.
Would be closely working with client to understand their requirement, make detailed projects plans understand the technical scope of work, tracking the progress of the project and reporting the deviations to the management.
