Inquiry‑to‑Order (ITO) → Order‑to‑Remittance (OTR) Handover

ITO to OTR handover meeting to receive L1 bid schedule and contract details.

+ Understand and Confirm ITO assumptions and the risk summary is clearly understood, provided during ITO/OTR handoff.

+ Attend the Customer Kickoff Meeting (CKOM) & follow-up on all open action items from the CKOM related to schedule execution
+ Attends release meetings led by ITO to understand project scope, ITO assumptions, and contribute to Delivery Matrix development.
+ Development of the Commitment Meeting file based on functional inputs, project requirements and contract requirements.
+ Leads the Commitment Meeting with functional owners to resolve initial schedule disconnects and reach agreement on the project baseline.
