YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a world class and experienced Process owner to join the Order to Cash team within our Global Finance Operations Department in our HQ. 
The Order to Cash (O2C) Process Owner is responsible for the end-to-end governance, performance, and continuous improvement of the Order to Cash process, from customer order receipt through invoicing, cash collection, and dispute resolution. 
This role ensures process efficiency, compliance, data accuracy, and an excellent customer experience while driving standardization and automation across systems and regions.
THE JOURNEY
Own and manage the end-to-end Order to Cash process, including order management, credit management, billing, accounts receivable, collections, and dispute resolution.
Define, maintain, and continuously improve global O2C process standards, policies, and controls.
