This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, forward-thinking practice caring for around 16,000 patients, where staff wellbeing and high-quality patient care are at the heart of everything they do. The successful candidate will lead a nursing team of Practice Nurses and HCAs, working closely with the Practice Manager and clinical team to drive service development, support chronic disease management, and maintain outstanding standards of care. ### The Practice Offers: * £55,000 - £60,000 salary
