This is a hands-on field leadership role, not a consulting or desk-based position. The selected candidate will be directly responsible for disease prevention, flock monitoring, biosecurity, team leadership, and reducing dependency on antibiotics through practical and validated natural health approaches. We are seeking someone with strong clinical judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to make fast, data-driven decisions in real farm conditions.
