Job Description
We are seeking a capable Lead PCM with 5–10 years of experience to support planning and controls activities for Oil & Gas plant construction projects. Candidates with a Mechanical or Chemical Engineering background and strong technical planning skills are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage construction schedules (Primavera P6), including resource loading, S-curves, and manpower/commodity histograms.
Support construction planning with sound understanding of activities and productivity norms.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with accurate analysis.
Lead Risk Management activities (risk identification, assessment, mitigation).
Prepare lookahead and recovery plans for proactive project monitoring.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams and project stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
