Job Accountabilities:


•To assist the Head of Logistics Assurance in developing the Logistics Assurance department to provide industry best practice Assurance, Reporting and Planning activities to the Company Logistics organization.
• Supervise and coach other members of the Logistics Assurance department
• Coordinate the POD-OL Weekly, Monthly and Annual Reports as required including, but not limited to: KPI, Marine Planning schedules, Marine Vessels Schedule, Marine 3 year look ahead plans, Weekly reports, Company and Contractor Manpower plan and forecast, Nationalization Plans, Org chart updates, Intranet updates, HSE reports and other reports as required.
• Develop and maintain the internal and external departmental planning reports.
