**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality targets are met
+ Serve as a point of contact for frontline employees, providing direction, coaching, and support
+ Monitor equipment and processes, addressing issues proactively to minimize downtime
+ Promote and enforce safety policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
+ Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams to optimize workflow and performance
