Based in Orlando, Florida, the Lead Payroll & Prevailing Wage Compliance Analyst leads payroll accuracy and prevailing wage compliance across all projects. This role owns certified payroll integrity, ensures IRA and wage regulation adherence, and guarantees employees are paid correctly and on time. Partnering across Payroll, HR, Finance, and Operations, it sets standards, resolves complex issues, and keeps all work audit-ready and compliant.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

Payroll & Timekeeping

+ Validate timecards, process hours, OT, and adjustments
+ Catch and fix discrepancies before payroll runs
+ Own escalations for payroll/timekeeping issues
+ Enforce timecard and approval standards
+ Train teams on systems and processes

Prevailing Wage & IRA
