**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Payroll Coordinator – India Payroll.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Perform or guide others on complex payroll analysis such as technical aspects of Workday payroll processing’s and ensure that configuration implementations are tested and approved
+ Translate Wage & Hour regulations and apply knowledge to payroll processing as well as payroll system configurations
+ Independently prioritize work and provide day-to-day-work leadership and mentorship to team; lead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures that require coordination among various teams
+ Advise manager, give direction to team members and escalate non-routine questions and problem solve complex and multiple steps processes
+ Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate team and Payroll area on wide range of information; respond to the raised concerns and determine appropriate course of acti...
