Qualifications & Requirements:
Exhibits a personal and growing relationship with God, a teachable spirit, and a healthy family life. Has a personal spiritual life congruent with the biblical mandates for leaders found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7. Capable of creating and executing a long-term vision for Elk Creek Church. Called to ministry and has a passion for outreach, both personally and at a ministry level. Holds a degree from a Bible college or seminary. Is licensed and ordained to the gospel ministry.
