The Lead Pastor will work collaboratively with the Board to guide the church toward mission-driven efforts ensuring spiritual health and unity among the congregation. You will oversee church operations, program implementations, and ministry health while maintaining accountability regarding ministerial ethics. This role also involves empowering leaders within the church.
