Lead Painting Supervisor - Offshore & Onshore

• Supervises all painting personnel, including other supervisors for carrying out painting activities on onshore and offshore.
• Planning, scheduling, organizing and training personnel and recommending applicants for employment or for discipline, termination or retention.
• Coordinate with offshore project engineers in estimating manpower, equipment, tools, and materials required to be mobilized for the project and non available equipment / Materials to be placed by purchase order.
• Implement safety requirement before, during, and after blasting and painting works.
• Daily Manpower Distribution to each Project and area and monitor their production.
• Full knowledge to operate and repair blasting and painting equipments and tools.
• Correct maintenance of all blasting and painting equipments and tools. Able to identify parts no. required in ordering replacement.
