The Lead Ophthalmic Assistant is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. - Lead and coordinate the activities of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Assist the physician in complex procedures and advanced diagnostic testing, taking on the most challenging cases.
- Reviews patient charts to ensure completeness and accuracy of information.
