Lead Operators play a vital role in supporting the production of high quality parts in a Just‑in‑time environment. By working in one of our production departments, there are endless growth opportunities for an exciting and dynamic role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr with $1 premium
• Paid overtime after 40 hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)
