Job Description

OBJECTIVE
Lead Operator I is responsible for overseeing the application and appropriate procedures of wireline equipment, tools, and techniques in order to ensure quality and cost-effective services to each customer. The Lead Operator I will be responsible for ensuring that all work is conducted safely and efficiently within their assigned crew. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Wireline Engineers to oversee load-out and pre-job checks for jobs as directed
Complete required paperwork for each job including driver logs
Assists in preparation of documentation for DOT and maintenance of fleet vehicles
Assists in rigging up and rigging down of wireline equipment for well site operations
Assists in the preparation of the wireline unit and calibration of equipment
Assists in the assemblies of perforating guns and rebuilding of related assets in various field and shop locations
