Lead Nursery Person – Field Production
Full Time Union Position 

Essential Qualifications:
 

+ High school diploma plus two-year certificate in horticulture or equivalent required.

+ Must have strong background and knowledge in field production practices including planting, pruning, irrigation, pest control, soils management, space planning, and etc.

+ Leadership skills required

+ Requires a valid Class D Minnesota driver’s license or equivalent.

+ Strong working knowledge of landscape plant materials commonly found in Minnesota landscapes preferred.

+ Must be accepted as insurable with Bachman’s Insurance carrier via semi-annual Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and compliance with Bachman’s Safe Driver Standards.

+ Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Desirable Qualifications:
 

+ CDL driver’s License preferred.
