Required Skills

- Experience working on Servers (Dell, HP) for SW Installations, troubleshooting HW, SW, Disk and Network issues.

- Experience working on L2/L3 Switches and Routers, troubleshooting connectivity issues.

- Experience working on firewall/security.

- Experience on virtualization, Open stack, and Kubernetes.

- Experience in installing new HW from scratch in the Labs.

- Good understanding on the Cable types, Connectors,

- Service and Support attitude to provide solutions to the user problems.

- Knowledge on Cloud Infrastructure
