**Job Title: Lead NDT Inspection Engineer (Gas Turbine Components)**

**Role Summary:** The Lead NDT Inspection Engineer will serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) processes and material quality oversight, specifically supporting the production and industrialization of Gas Turbine components—including blades and nozzles. This role is critical to maintaining quality and reliability across our Parsippany, NJ, and Allentown, PA facilities. The role encompasses NDT method development, geometric quality assurance via CMM, and oversight of the on-site metallographic laboratory.
