As a key member reporting to the Chief Engineer, you’ll be responsible for developing short-term mine planning and ensuring the integration with long-term strategies. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise short-term planning initiatives
• Develop quarterly and annual mining plans
• Monitor compliance with execution plans
• Lead field inspections and project evaluations
• Deliver presentations tracking project advancement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Mining or Geological Engineering
• Must be part of the OIQ
• 5 years of experience in mining planning required
