Lead MHE Technician

**Job Title: Lead Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Technician**

**Job Description**

The Lead Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Technician guides and supports a team of technicians to keep forklifts, pallet jacks, dockstockers, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment operating safely and reliably. This role combines hands-on diagnostics and repair with day-to-day leadership, task coordination, and quality oversight in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and support a small team of approximately 6–7 technicians, providing day-to-day direction and guidance.
+ Assign, prioritize, and track daily repair and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion.
+ Perform hands-on preventive maintenance on reach trucks, dockstockers, and center riders, particularly Crown equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electric and propane material handling equipment, including diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues.
