Lead, Merchandise Operations - Universal Kids Resort

JOB SUMMARY:

Support daily operations of assigned store and cart locations and act as first point-of-contact for Team Members and inter-departmental partners in partnership with a Supervisor or above. Responsible for revenue generation, maintaining proper stock levels, supporting sales initiatives, maintaining daily labor budgets, executing operational plans, and monitoring the operation to ensure Guest and Team Member safety and venue presentation/cleanliness.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Ensure merchandise presentation standards are followed and monitor inventory levels. Handle the receiving of merchandise deliveries, ensure proper stockroom utilization, and stocking of the sales floor. Support accurate completion of the inventory process.
