This role focuses on building AI-powered operational systems that improve the reliability, performance, and customer experience of AT&T’s broadband and Wi-Fi ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise with practical experience applying Generative AI and LLM technologies to solve complex operational challenges.
