Lead Mechanic (Full Time)

About the role:

You, as Lead Mechanic will oversee the workshop team with servicing, repairs, and maintenance of the Avis Budget Group motor vehicles, ensuring they are completed in a timely, efficient, and cost‑effective manner, and to the company standards within all appropriate laws and regulations while maintaining a safe environment.

You will perform duties and provide services which reflect the Company’s values. Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on the location, team size, brand and any specialised or specific requirements.

Key duties would include:

• Assist in running the workshop along with the Service manager.
• Help with driving productivity within the two shops along with Service manager.
