Lead, Marketing Operations - laval

We are looking for a Strategic Planner who will report to the Manager, Strategic Planning & Marketing Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual marketing planning processes and own KPI tracking throughout the year.
• Establish and maintain the operating rhythm of the marketing department: own quarterly and monthly reporting processes, define decision-making frameworks, and ensure alignment with international markets and other functions at BRP on various projects.
• Develop strategic presentations with compelling storytelling, translating complex data into actionable insights for the executive team.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks in the current marketing workflows (reporting process, agency management, objective setting process, etc.).
• Own various projects improving the employee experience: marketing skill‑up program, marketing awards and dealer visit program.
