Lead Manufacturing Engineer

**Job Description Summary**
As the Lead Manufacturing Engineer at the Changwon HRSG Factory, he/she will work for the Manufacturing Engineer team within the Planning & Fulfillment organization. He/She is responsible for supporting management of manufacturing engineering documents, engineering document review to prevent NCR driven by engineering error, Follow up trouble shooting with manufacturing & global engineering group. Additionally, he/she contributes to quality-related tasks such as BIQ, PSR, and PFMEA.

**Essential Responsibilities**

As an Engineer you will:

+ Develop and control welding procedures and parameters (WPS/PQR), support welder qualification, and ensure the feasibility and quality of pressure part fabrication through technical guidance on welding
