**Job Description**

+ This role leads maintenance activities in a heavy industrial foundry environment, combining hands-on mechanical, electrical, and basic controls work with day-to-day leadership on the floor
+ You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency, while supporting and collaborating closely with the maintenance team and other departments

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Troubleshoot equipment issues across the facility to minimize downtime and keep production running efficiently
+ Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and maintain accurate documentation of all work performed
