Summary of Position The Lead Maintenance Technician supports the daily operational needs of ALCO Management by maintaining assigned properties and ensuring all maintenance requests and preventative tasks are completed efficiently.

This role is responsible for performing repairs, coordinating with vendors, and keeping accurate maintenance records while fostering positive relationships with residents and staff.

This position requires strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure properties are safe, functional, and compliant with organizational standards.
