**Job Summary and Qualifications**
**A Lead Maintenance Tech will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned facilities, areas, and equipment to include plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, painting, heating and cooling and other building systems. The Lead Maintenance Tech will also serve as the lead position in mentoring and guiding the Maintenance Techs. An ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of maintenance procedures, thorough knowledge of basic hand and power tools, as well as exhibit an ability to lead others.
