Lead Maintenance - Evergreen Knoll

Evergreen Knoll, a trusted provider of assisted living and memory care, is seeking a dedicated person to join our team as Lead Maintenance.  In this essential role, you will help ensure our community’s buildings and grounds remain in excellent condition, creating a safe and welcoming environment for both residents and staff.  If you take pride in your work and have a passion for supporting others through high-quality maintenance and care, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities include:

+ preparing vacant units for occupancy (including painting, cleaning carpets, ensuring all unit amenities are working, etc.)

+ completing work orders that may include minor plumbing and electrical

+ conducting preventative and routine facility maintenance

+ outdoor campus responsibilities to include lawn care, snow removal, shoveling sidewalks, etc.

+ many other related duties and expectations
