Lead Maintenance - 2nd Shift

**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**

**The 2nd shift position hours are 5pm - 3:30 am (Monday-Thursday) and includes a $2 shift differential**

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for the upkeep of equipment, training and guidance for Maintenance outfitters, and ensuring standard procedures are followed for work safety and quality.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Trains and lead general maintenance outfitters to ensure job duties are accomplished accurately in a safe manner within appropriate time allotted.
+ Assists Maintenance Manager with managing, guiding, coaching and adjusting as needed to accomplish goal.
+ Orders and maintains supplies for department (as needed).
+ Maintains safety equipment and oversees material and maintenance projects.
+ Identifies, improves, and tracks safety, quality, and delivery opportunities.
+ ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
