Responsibilities:
Advancement of laboratory automation: You drive the digitalization of our global laboratories — from automation to end-to-end instrument and data integration
Implementation of modern technologies: You evaluate and integrate new solutions such as robotics, AI, IoT, and SAP interfaces to make laboratory processes more efficient and data-driven.
Project leadership & governance: You coordinate automation projects globally, define standards, and establish scalable structures for future innovations.
Interface & stakeholder management: You work closely with laboratory teams, IT, engineering, and external partners, building a strong internal automation competence network.
Quality & compliance: You ensure system validation, data integrity, and compliance with relevant standards (e.g. ISO, GxP) and conduct regular system reviews.
