Lead kubernetes engineer

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a seasoned Lead Kubernetes Engineer to own and evolve our cloud-native infrastructure strategy. You will serve as the technical anchor for Kubernetes platform engineering and multi-cloud container operations across GKE, AKS, and Amazon EKS. This is a high-impact role that bridges engineering excellence with organizational influence
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
- 8+ years in Platform/SRE engineering
Kubernetes Platform Engineering
- Lead the design and day-2 operations of production Kubernetes clusters across GKE, AKS, and Amazon EKS.
- Define and enforce cluster hardening standards: RBAC policies, Pod Security standards, network policies, and admission controllers.
- Own Helm chart library: author, version, test, and publish charts; govern values schema and upgrade strategies.
- Implement AI workflows using Argo CD or Flux for declarative cluster state management.
