A large-scale enterprise transformation programme is seeking an experienced Java Team Lead to drive the development and evolution of a complex insurance core platform. This role is suited to a hands-on technical leader who combines deep Java Enterprise expertise with strong delivery ownership and team leadership capability.
You will lead a team responsible for designing, building, and integrating mission-critical systems across policy, claims, billing, and customer domains. The environment is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on quality, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
