The Opportunity

As a Lead Intelligence Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making across national security and defence. Working within our Mission Systems Europe business, you will lead complex analytical workstreams, deliver high‑quality intelligence assessments, and provide senior stakeholders with the insight they need to act with confidence.

You will operate at the intersection of intelligence, policy and operations, spending the majority of your time embedded in customer-facing projects, often within secure environments. Alongside delivery, you will act as a role model and mentor, helping to shape and strengthen our intelligence capability as the threat landscape continues to evolve.
