Lead, Integrated Long Term Care & Assisted Living (Surrey)

Detailed Overview Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families: The Lead provides expertise and leadership regarding clinical requirements for Long Term Care and/or Assisted Living to ensure clinical and quality care standards are maintained.

In collaboration with the Manager/Director, works with service providers, Fraser Health clinical teams and community care professionals to ensure the consistent delivery of safe and appropriate quality care to clients/tenants within Fraser Health contracted, owned and operated Long Term Care sites and/or contracted Assisted Living sites.

Leads regional internal and external meetings to engage stakeholders, identify and resolve clinical issues, and ensure consistent delivery of service.
