Lead Integrated Child and Youth Services Role

Become a leader in mental health support as the Lead of the Integrated Child and Youth Services at St. Joseph's Campus in Comox, BC. Drive integration and outreach for vulnerable youth.

Reporting to the Director or Manager of Child, Youth, and Family Mental Health Services, you will champion the Integrated Child and Youth (ICY) Program. This role encompasses directing the provision of comprehensive mental health and substance use services while ensuring team cohesion and alignment with the ICY model. Partner with diverse community organizations to execute effective service delivery for children and youth aged 0-19.

Key Responsibilities: • Drive integration of mental health services within the community • Manage and inspire a cohesive multidisciplinary ICY team • Uphold the ICY model's fidelity and effectiveness • Facilitate training and mentoring for staff • Evaluate the program's delivery and quality assurance
